YellowLogic offers a return and refund period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service at
customerservice@yellowlogic.net within 30 days of your purchase for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Return Authorization (RA) numbers are required for all returns. Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be new, unused and in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton. We reserve the right to refuse any such items. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective and can only be exchanged for the same item. All used or defective merchandise will be inspected to determine proper credit and validity of claim.
Once return is processed, a refund, less shipping and handling, will be applied to the original form of payment, or an exchange item will be sent if requested. Please complete the invoice included in your package and enclose it with your return.
Products are warranted solely by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product and is subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer.
Products requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the product manufacturer.
After Installation:
If you feel a product is not performing correctly, please consult the operator and/or installation manual and contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
Order Processing
Orders received Monday through Friday by 3:00pm EST will generally be processed and shipped that business day, pending unanticipated changes in product availability, payment and warehouse processing time. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day. YellowLogic will not ship your order until all items in the order are available avoiding extra shipping cost; in other words, there will be no partial or short shipping unless requested by you.
Holidays that land on a weekday will be considered a "week-end" day and thus, orders will not be processed or shipped on these days.
